Did you know, although Zoom Testing is based in the United Kingdom, we actually can, and do, deliver our drug test kits to anywhere in the world!
Here’s some information that you might find useful if you want to buy drug tests and you are based outside of the UK.
Shipping Cost
We charge one flat fee of £10.99 for worldwide delivery. Often the actual cost of shipping is more than that, but for the sake of simplicity and convenience to our customers we charge one flat rate which is the same whether you are in Athens or Alabama! 🙂
Your Privacy Assured
Your package won’t have any Zoom Testing branding so nobody will know what is inside. for customs purposes all items are exported as “Medical Tests”. If you have any concerns, just reach out to us on email or through social media.
Processing Time
International orders get treated in the same, quick way we handle or domestic sales. That means your order should be processed and on it’s way to you within 24 hours.
Taxes and Duties
We do not charge sale tax or duties at checkout. However, all customs taxes and import duties are dependent on the policy of your local government and are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
We will send you a shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped out. Please ensure that you enter the correct email address upon checkout – if you have entered any details incorrectly, please contact us at sales@zoomtesting.co.uk
Delivery Times
We normally ship all products by Royal Mail, although we do sometimes use other couriers. Royal Mail estimate a delivery time of approx. 5 working days for deliveries within Europe. For the rest of the world, delivery is normally 7-10 days after dispatch.
The service to major cities is normally faster than to rural areas.

Common Questions
What forms of payment do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
Do your tests detect all common illegal drugs? Our test panels cover all major illegal drugs including cannabis, cocaine, amphetamines like ecstasy, and opiates like heroin. We also offer more specialized tests on request.
Are your tests legally admissible? Our tests use the same technology as government and workplace tests. However, legal admissibility may vary by country. Please check your local laws and regulations. Normally a positive test result would need to be confirmed by a lab test to be legally admissible.
What if my package is inspected or seized? Very rarely, customs authorities may inspect international packages. If they refuse delivery, we will refund the full order amount. We cannot reship drug tests that have been seized.
Can I track my order? Yes, we will email you a tracking number when your order ships so you can track delivery status via your country’s postal service website.
Do you have discreet packaging? Yes, we use plain generic packaging with no branding or labels identifying the contents. Only basic customs/shipping info is included on the packaging exterior.
